Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning Services
Our move-in / move-out cleaning includes the following:
- Bathrooms:
Clean and disinfect tile, walls, bathtubs and showers; clean and disinfect toilets; clean and disinfect shower doors; clean and disinfect vanity and sinks; clean and shine mirrors and chrome fixtures; remove cobwebs; wash all wood cabinets inside and out - Kitchen:
Wipe all counters and appliances including microwave, scrub sinks, wipe down cabinets inside and out, drawers, and pantry - Bedrooms, living areas, dining rooms, stairs, halls, and foyer:
Wash all ceiling fan and light fixtures in place, tulips light fixture clean in place, light fixture with glass panels or bulbs over kitchen tables - Vacuum tops of curtains and drapes, windowsills by hand
- Wash all doors and door frames, wash all lights switch plates
- Vacuum all carpeted areas including all closets, thoroughly vacuum all carpet and crevices along the edge where bugs, animal hair or carpet fibers collect, and mop all bare floors (especially where appliances were)
- Hand wash all baseboards, wash all moldings trim, stair rails and chair rails
- Vacuum air vents within reach (some high ceilings can only be reached with long duster), vacuum dusty blinds (unless arrangements are made for them to be cleaned one by one)
Note: we do not clean mini blinds, we only vacuum them. - EVERYTHING GETS HAND WIPED- NO DUSTERS
- Post Construction and Post Remodel Cleaning:
As experts, we include everything from the move-in / move-out list plus we also remove dust on walls, stickers from toilet and showers, plastic wraps, stickers from kitchen appliances, paint drops on floors and sliding doors.

PLEASE NOTE:
* We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted without an extension duster. We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.
** We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build-up may require a professional mini-blind cleaning service. Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave. We try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
